EuCAP2023 FREE EXHIBITION INVITED
As previously announced, in this year’s edition of EuCAP we will be opening the exhibition floor to members of industry and academia who do not wish to attend the conference sessions; access will be free for a maximum of 1 day chosen between Tuesday 28 March, Wednesday 29 March and Thursday 30 March 2023.
This new scheme has been devised in order to increase the exposure for our exhibitors and promote further interaction between industry and academia.
The maximum number of guests will be limited to 100 per day in order to be compliant with the health and safety regulations of the venue.
From today, we are giving you the opportunity to invite a selected number of guests to attend the exhibition. We hope you will take advantage of this offer and help make our exhibition a success.

HOW TO USE THE CODES RECEIVED BY MAIL FOR THE REGISTRATION OF YOUR PERSONNEL AT THE CONFERENCE
SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS FORNITURE RENTAL
The choice of carpet is not allowed. All stands and free spaces will have a Fireproof carpet, blue colour, included.
Procedure
After browsing the rental forniture brochure, please download and fill in the EUCAP2023 Furniture Form and send it to :
Exhibition-Sponsors@eucap2023.org with “EuCAP 2023 Booth furniture” in the subject line.
Deadline
All orders must reach us by 20 February 2023 as the deadline, except for any additions of rental furniture from the catalogue, until maximum 2 March 2023 after checking availability with our supplier.
Invoicing
Upon receipt of the completed form, a Pro-forma invoice will be sent for payment.
Please note that payment must be made before the start of the event.
As an exhibitor, you are responsible for payment – regardless of whether the deliveries have been ordered by you or your supplier
Changes or cancellation
Changes or cancellation of orders are possible until February 23, 2023. In case an order is cancelled after that date, EuCAP reserves the right to invoice the full amount of the order related to the catalogue price or the price offered.

Procedure
The type of customization chosen as per the Brochure and prepared in the formats indicated by the Guideline must be sent to:

Invoicing

Exhibitors building their own design booth must send their project to the EuCAP2023 Exhibition Manager ( Exhibition-Sponsors@eucap2023.org ) by 1st March 2023, indicating measures, weights, technical installation, electrical consumption, etc. and a render design in 3D, so that it may be validated by the venue. If the project is not previously validated by the venue, it won’t be allowed to start the setup
